Introduction

Our privacy policy explains what information Deckard collects and how we use it, and what you can do about it.

When we talk about “Deckard,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy, we are referring to Deckard.AI GmbH, the company which provides the Services. When we talk about the “Services” in this policy, we are referring to Deckard applications.

Deckard applications use „cards“ for documenting knowledge (and connecting it to your code). You can create cards on your own in Deckard.

Deckard uses „integrations“ to connect to third party data sources.

Information we collect and receive

We ask you to log into Deckard using Google or GitHub, and we collect your account creation information to be able to identify you as a user of Deckard. Your code remains on your machines. We don’t store your code anywhere else. We index it locally on your machines and only then store links to directories or files together with the related cards in the cloud.
